In Salt Lake County, Utah lies the boundaries of one of the largest school districts in the United States, the Granite School District. Utilizing FEMA’s HAZUS program and ESRI’s ArcMap 10.8.2 three earthquake scenarios for Salt Lake County were modelled, including one based upon a real world earthquake and the associated shakemap data provided by the United States Geological Survey.
